We at Botat ("Botat," "We," "us," "our") respect the privacy of our users ("Users," "you," "your," "client") and we want you to be informed of our practices when we collect, process, use and disclose information.

2.5 You will also be bound by the terms of use, and privacy policies of the payment providers when purchasing a plan, and we urge you to review and familiarize yourself with the policies of these websites, prior to continuous interaction with them.

3.1 Activity Data: Our servers automatically record information during your use of the Services. This data may include information such as timestamps, device and application IDs, Platform interaction data, IP, Device ID, Application ID, Device Build, Device OS, and cookie information.

3.2 Botat uses cookies and other similar technologies on the Platform. These technologies operate either by placing a small file that stores some information on your computer or mobile device and/or by accessing the information on your device. Botat uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you and your device, to enable us to provide you with more customized services; and to collect data such as your device’s model, operating system and screen size, and information about how you use the Services. You can disable cookies on your web or mobile device through browser settings.

5.1 You agree that Botat and/or third parties acting on its behalf and/or its partners may use the Information for the purposes of:

• To determine your eligibility to avail of the Services.
• To provide requested information and support, to affect financial transactions and correspondence.
• To facilitate platform interactions.
• For the performance of a legal or contractual obligation.
• To improve the Services, design, and navigation of the Platform.
• To send you commercial and marketing communications about the Services.
• For research and surveying purposes, by a combination of your information, to the extent permissible in law.
• For grievance redressal.
• To comply with our obligations under applicable law.

7.4 In the event that you wish to delete your account, you must follow the protocol set within the Platform.

8.1 Botat maintains appropriate technical and physical safeguards to protect Information against accidental or unlawful destruction or loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosures or access, and any other unlawful forms of processing of the data in its possession. However, Botat does not guarantee that Information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of the abovementioned safeguards. Botat takes all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.

8.2 Botat does not guarantee that the platform so provided, its servers or any communications shared by us or on our behalf are completely impenetrable from a security standpoint or are virus free. Botat will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Platform, including, but not limited to any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses.

9.1 Botat may contain links to third-party websites or services, which are subject to their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data practices, nor are we liable for any transaction between you and these third-party services.

10.1 We strive to maintain accurate records of your data. You are also responsible for ensuring your information is up-to-date. If you wish to correct or delete your information, you may encounter restrictions related to legal requirements or other limitations.

11.1 Your information may be transferred to and stored in locations outside the laws of the territory in which our affiliates and subsidiaries are incorporated and worked out. We will do this only when the destination jurisdiction has an adequate and appropriate level of protection and where the transfer is lawful and necessary for the performance of our obligations to you.
